by right, CCL itself would have allowed pax to skip NSL all
together, freeing it up for other pax. but i do agree that as more
ppl use the train network, there will be net increase on traffic on
the main lines.
i suppose SMRT is intending to keep the old trains for another 10
yrs, and i wonder when can they upgrade to full unassisted ATO like
NEL with even tighter headways.
