some cyclist just need to know that there are limitation to how
fast they can go, 3months back, I was driving along Nicoll Highway,
saw 2 cyclist cycling there (not really a big problem), the lady
cyclist was cycling on the left most lane, the driver behind, just
simply filter right to over take (no problem), the male cyclist was
the one that kenna all the highbeam and horn blasting, cause he was
cycling on the extreme right lane of the road (Nicoll Highway), I
mean what was this guy thinking?
(wonder how fast a normal person can go on a bicycle?)
