I know of more such incidents that i heard from my sister who
witnessed more of the fights and schemings. They do worse thigns
then that you know.
One time my sis saw 5 girls pushed a thin and fraile young boy into
the female restroom(My sister was inside). Looked like he's around
sec one. Anyways the 5 girls stripped him naked and slashed his
torso with penknives and draw obscenities on his private part where
no one can see. After the bullying the girls said something like

tried to rape us. We will say you draw those pictures on your
private areas and tell us to touch it.
The boy commited suicide. He survived the ordeal and asked his
parents for a transfer. His parents i heard, never pursue the
matter because they want to preserve whatever dignity the boy had
left.
In another incident, a class dislike a girl because she was from a
rich family. WTF right? Anyways they acted friendly to her and got
her number. Then they put up her number on alot of websites and
MIRC(back then when people actually used MIRC alot) saying she's a
prostitute. I think something happened to her. Because she suddenly
had a 180 degree change. She eventually quitted school and work in
a not so legal KTV.
Things got so bad that a few gangsters went back to school and beat
up the girls very badly to ensure they stayed in line. Ever since
my sister never witness any girls doing crazy things in school. But
my sister graduated so i don't know if the trend is still going on

That's why I fully support someone packing these failings of
human society into a container and dropping them into Iraq from
30000 feet from the air.
If they survive the freefall, God bless them. Their gene pool needs
a little chlorine now and then.
Anyway..
From the video, I can say that the flat is probably built in
between 1989-1995, due ot the painted railing and the corridor
opening. The square corridor opening is found in HDB blocks built
in either a slab or a L-shaped config of pre-fabricated
materials.
Painted stair-railing points it away from the new generation of
flats. If this is in Bedok, I would probably look towards
Simei?
tThere are two identifiable faces in the video, aside from the
victim.These might be enhanceable by imaging software available to
industry professionals, more than a simple USM and gaussian overlay
combo.
