Dear musicians,
A few of my friends and myself have set up this new forum to cater
to the needs for most bandsmen in Singapore. It is actually a
continuation of our previous band forum of which was shut down due
to financial problems. Now we have found a complimentary forum
which can serve as well.
It consists of categories like:
What's Your Opinion?
In this place, band-related topics are brought up, hoping to see
some of the people's view regarding the issue discussed.
Home of the Critics
A new category specially put up for you people to have your
criticism (positive or negative) regarding news or events. If you
want to be Simon Cowell, here's your place. Take note that for this
section, all entries will be validated by moderators so that it
will be controlled and not go out of hand. This is very
essential.
Latest Events Coming Up
For members to put up their latest concerts or performances. Free
advertisement!
Do You Know??
For all to get to know new things that they might not know or
realise in their band life or "music life", so to speak. A very
informative category!
Band Music Recommendation
This is another brand new category whereby certain band music are
brought up for recommendation weekly. Information regarding the
piece of music will be found there. A remark will also be included
to help people understand more about the particular piece as well
as to know some techniques in the performance. Check it out!
Music Clinic
This is where you can ask anything that you've never seen before in
your entire life on your part/score (e.g., Music Theory) as a
bandsmen! We will try to get your doubts cleared as soon as
possible!
