seow SG I rarely get cut off with starhub, but its slow.. Now i donno why also, for eg, 3 years ago, i download gunbound only take awhile, nowadays, take damn long la.
Nelstar SG Blah, every darn crap from singnet is controlled that you go on higher bandwidth, you wont be faster unless you're going to selected legitimate sites. As for starhub, blah, blame your residential area, blame everyone else and blame the slow upload speed for every connection problem u get.

valentinoo SG i have plenty of problems with singnet adsl…which they cant fixed..they blame it on my phone cable..so i switched to starhub….....not perfect but at least i dont face lotsa disconnection
Erwin_Rommel SG Hi I am a Singnet BB 1500kbps user and paying $43 bucks monthly. With regards to the constant DC problems, its either the phone lines phone line wirings could be faulty/old. Another reason why Singnet BB dc could be due to scheduled maintenance. http://www.singnet.com.sg/maintenance/maintenance.asp So far I have only dc twice from Singnet after signing up for 3 months. Both times are due to maintenance.
ShutterBug SG Personally, I feel that getting phone support or calling SingNet's heldpdesk, is like buying 4D - you only get through when luck is with you. Starhub is always there, they answer calls without much waiting. SIngNet has way too much support calls from users - this tells you how reliable they are.
