NO WAY is disappointed with the calibre of the current batch of
Singapore Idol contestants.
No way says: "I cannot believe they put these kids on national TV
and call it entertainment. These guys are embarrassing - I've heard
my mates do better drunk at karaoke."
He thinks the saving grace is the judges; they are, he says, not
too bad.
Look at it this way, meanwhile, sounds like a gardener
philosopher.
"I used to have a tough time trying to get rid of the weeds in my
garden every weekend. Well, that all changed. Why think of them as
weeds? Think of them as plants you don't mind having. Voila."
Just in case, you do not get it, he explains: "So, look at
Singapore Idol as a comedy: Sit back and enjoy, William Hung of the
American Idol series didn't do too badly commercially
either."

Best nachos in town
MARKZZ wants to know where he can get the best nachos and cheese in
Singapore.
His favourite is Golden Village cinema's snack counter at Great
World City.

is at Riverside Point while Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill is at Tanglin
Place.
