FireIce SG i try not to...... have to let my eyes rest lah weekday nites i take out oni before i sleep weekend i try to wear glasses unless going out.....
FadeToBlack SG If keep wearing contact lens not good for eyes.. very tiring plus, if you have spectacles, it's better to wear it than wearing contacts, because it takes alot of energy for the eyes and also very dry de.. so... if can dun wear, then dun wear lor..

Seifer28 SG haha...i got do that before... but my lens r permanent lahz...wun b as bad as disposable...but still strongly not recommended... my eyes r ok though...but not my lenses....by sleeping w lenses thruout e nite decreases e lifespan....makes e water retention ability not as effective....
