Is it they didn't bother or actually can't help it?
I think being new in the field, so they are just trying to catch up
in terms of power, handling and build. Cause this are the up-front
things you see in the car when you test-drive it. To adhieve good
FC, and yet have a powerful engine, a good amount of research and
experiences will need to be in place.
Anyway, if you want a FC-wise KIA, then Picanto (M) is the one. I
think I heard Rio and Accent's FC quite normal.
