to get scolded for work or wrongful behaviour is alright
For my case, we were belittled, call stupid (BTW, most of us are
scholars, honours grads, masters), told we are incompetent and
etc.
There is a difference in which being proud of the line and getting
scolded to ensure quality and workmanship vs being scolded just
because the boss is unhappy with his bloody life.
