every car u see running on the roads today has some form of
grounding to help negate the static that builds up as the car
travels. else, anyone who tried to open ur car door after driving
from changi to tuas would be fried. these so called "grounding
kits" merely adds more conductivity to the sytem by creating more
channels to route this build up to the electro "sink", ur
battery.
the question u should ask urself is; how much grounding is enuff? i
can add 2 times more wires to the car than the most high end kit
out there in the market, but does that improve my performance and
comfort levels significantly? car manufacturers would obviously be
contented that the car had some decent grounding to begin with than
to go overboard with it to see some insignificant gains.
