Don't carry out suspicious activities at night or make it look like so.

If they had raised their hands up into the air to surrender, they might have survived.

erm. the thing is, they probably didnt even know the apache was there. i think the apache was actually miles away from e 'insurgents'. if u see an apache in front of u, dont u think u'll run??? Laughing

Actually the Apache did fire one salvo that missed them at the start of the video, and they started running. But when no rounds hit near, they all started milling around in confusion instead of taking cover.

buden seriously, where can u take cover when you're hunted by an apache? at best u can just hide, for the moment. if they realli want you dead, there's no way u can stay alive.

oo. e AC-130 is impressive. who would have thought to put cannons on a transport craft. Cool and big cannons they are at that.

they should really put a 3-round burst option into their 30mm cannon.

That gun is meant to take out tanks (rear), IFVs, military vehicles and entrenched infantry.... When used in a COIN (COunter Insurgency) role, don't have to go full auto... Give those guys a chance. They cannot run hide or run away. Just wound them and then send in the grunts to take them prisoners.

Also from the video, the guys appears to be unarmed. They could jolly well be some friends trying to repair a car or at most a few simple thieves trying to steal a truck. No need to execute them with 30mm without any trial. Same as the Indian Mutiny where they tie people in front of a cannon and them blow them to bits.
