if you cant even prove your "genuine case" to your CO... you will have even lesser chance trying to prove to someone outside the camp... in the end... it on...

Today my officer scold my malay storeman… This is how he scold him—-> ‘Why u so stupid?? Your god never teach u how to think ah?? Your god is a pig is it??’ By saying this to a muslim, i really feel sorry for him n disgrace to the officer… Its ridiculous n disgrace… I really like to speak up for my storeman, but wat can a 3rd sgt do, i’m outrage n angry but wat can i do… In SAF, ranks rulez….

there r channels to seek redress. is this the first time he made such racist remarks? if i were u i would do something abt it. its absolutely wrong for him to haf made such insensitive and senseless comments.

recommend to speak to ur OC or CSM or better still RSM. pls dun think u r a small fry and tt theres nothing u can do. we shud not condone such behaviour.

After tat incident, i talk to my malay storeman, this is wat he reply—-> “Just forget it, if i complain, i will kena arrow by him( tat fking officer). Serve for another 10 mths den i’ll gonna fck off from here” This is wat i notice in SAF tat many soldiers juz endure with the impropriate treatment when they r being aim or bullied by higher rank personnel in SAF.

The officer is pretty higher rank… ‘im working in the HQ. He is an AO, a DXO. A retired 2 ‘crabs’. Above him is CO, boss of my unit.

while i do agreed that the officer might have overdone it... but understand that you will find it hard to prove that he said such words to the storeman..

if you bring this matter up to your CO.. and he deny it... what are you gonna do? bring the storeman in to testify?

what do you think your CO will do? believe in a 2 crab or 2 puny NSF?

furthermore... without prove.. your case would be closed after "investigation"

the 2 crab can now turn the tables around at you and the storeman for maligning him (a senior officer of SAF) under a ton of charges... enough for a full court martial... your CO and IO would testify that you indeed did "make up" these charges against the senior officer!!

then your storeman and you can enjoy looking forward to your extension of NS in DB for god knows how long... a few months perhaps? Wink Wink Wink Cool Cool

i didnt have to think that far.... I have SEEN IT happened before!!

but its between a malay 3rd SG and a Malay captain!!... no racism here... but full charges were filed.. and the 3rd SG was eventually charged.. found guilty.. handcuffed.. send for FFI and went to DB for 3 months!!

there were a few witness would told me.. that the 3rd SG was in the right... but non of them dared to speak up... because the malay captain is one big MFCCB.

for me.. unless its personnal... i would simply express my sympathy to the malay storeman... tell him not to think too much about it...

oh.. one more thing... people dont go around raving at anyone for no reason... only those got mental problem does that..

your malay storeman might really have done something way wrong to invite such a harsh reprimand.

i have seen storeman would were sent to DB for failing to keep their stock in order... if your friend really did something wrong.. a reprimand is far far far better then going to DB.

if you bring this matter up to your CO... your storeman might even deny that he was scolded by the 2 crab...because he dont want to make the matter big big..

then its your statement vs the statements of the storeman and the 2 crab.. your CO would string you up and send you to DB express lane.

dont be a fool... at most the 2 crab would simply apologies.. and mitigate his actions based on circumstantial evidence... like the storeman really screwed up the store...

the CO would then simply resolved the case and noted that the 2 crab has apologies for his inappropriate action.

but then... you my good 3rd SG would find it hard to sleep at night while the 2 crab starts to breath down your neck.... i have seen people suffer a breakdown out of fear due to their own imagination!!.

oh... if things goes by the book... everything would go by the book...

the CO would no doubt also send an IO to investigate the store... then my friend... your malay storeman would run to indonesia and get a dugong to put a curse on YOU!! Mr. Green
