Pls advise on the below scenarios:
1) If I purchase a second hand car, how can I use back my current
car no. plate?
- Do I need to buy a second hand car first, swap the number and
then sell my current car or otherwise? Pls advise.
2) If I decide not to drive and sell my car, how to keep this car
no. plate and transfer to my sibling?
3) Understand that there will be more COE released in October. Do
you forsee COE will drop? Is it advisable to wait and see before
committing to buy new car.
