Ok... My bad... Anyway, the SAF is considering a few models. Not
that SAF and Land Rover parted ways, the Rovers are 20 yrs old
liao... time for a change, and if they contract the vehicles out to
private companies, they save a hell lot on maintenance costs. Then
when they need the rovers, they'll request them back from the
private companies. That's basically the gist of the report.
