scheme they haf.
pension? there is no more pension scheme now if im not mistaken.
they haf the saver scheme in replacement.
sign b4 ns: get pay instead of allowance during ns. but u haf to
perform well enuff to achieve wat u signed for (e.g. if u sign as a
spec, ur performance mus be enuff for u to get to sispec else ur
contract wil be void)
sign afer ns: get allowance throughout ns. more time to consider
and experience military life first b4 deciding. but it may oso mean
u may not be able to sign certain vocations / appointments tt u did
not do during ns (e.g. if u r a man during ns, but u decide to sign
as an officer after ns, its more difficult)
