Yup it is. If you noticed if there's DDU PIS will show bus stop names capitalised..

And when BC don't log in DDU, PIS won't show anything also except Welcome Aboard..

Every public bus will eventually have it, even DM3500s are getting it. I suspect only those that will be going off in the short term (ie few months) will not get it.
