Which types of chilli are you refering to? The normal red chilli
or chilli padi?
The normal red chilli is not spicy at all, not even a little bit of
spicy taste.
In sg, only chilli padi i consider chilli and normally the serving
from those hawker food are so little that i have to always ask for
more, more and more and more...
So far the most spicy chilli i've tried is from philipines, they
called it labuyo, its much smaller than the chilli padi here. As
for those in thailand, i find it the same as sg.
