Last few days I overheard some "important " people talking about a new service - SV137 . 137 will be based in East coast terminal . From why I heard 137 will pass by marine parade , bedok south , new upp changi, bedok north , bedok Ave and more . It will start operating around April . However i dont really know the final terminal as yhe "important" people didnt say it out loud . The interesting is that it will pass by Bedok north street 3 , where only 225w served . Seem like a alternative is coming to the resident there .

The 137 is under either Bedok or east coast package . And yes the Bus captain are learning the bus route as of last few days to get fimilarise with the route . LTA should announced it around April . And also sv 25 maybe moved to terminate at East Coast Terminal instead of Bedok . ( by " important" people )

Bedok package got only 1 new svc and Serangoon-Eunos package also got 1 new svc yet to be introduce...25 you mean Upp East Coast-Ang Mo Kio?How many more svc does Upp East Coast Ter need?It isnt huge as you think..

What's the purpose of the proposed 500 anyway? Is it for Keppel shipyard workers living in Punggol area to go to Tuas, when the port relocates to Tuas next time?

This what heard from them . However if u see the similarities between 25 & 854 is very close . Both served Bedok & Eunos area until yio chu kang road . By putting 25 at East coast terminal , resident there can have a direct bus to Eunos / Hougang area . U don't need 2 same buses (854/25) to run the same line for almost half of their route . If passengers in 25 want to go to Yio chu kang area they can change bus to 854 .

For the bus service 25 lta won't extended to upper east coast terminal even it should expect to changi business park terminal for the feedback to lta also said that to the email

Ok what parallel from Hougang Ave 2 to Bedok and after all loadings is quite healthy..25 extend to UEC 854 will have loadings issue

Via Tanah Merah MRT (same as 14,45)
Via Bedok South Ave 3 (same as 46, 506)

or maybe via Bedok South Road, Bedok South Ave 1, Upper East Coast Road?

Third one definitely unlikely due to the necessity of serving Bedok MRT, at least. The Bedok -- UEC link is probably what's needed. Though the area along Eunos Link would be duplicative of 45.

Too bad CBP Terminal didn't get the extension.

(In all honesty, might as well extend 26 to UEC and 25 to CBP. Would avoid duplication problems too.)

Lta won't extended the bus service 25 for so long as the feedback to lta said that means that are not considered for the bus service
