Not that they dun care. It is just hard and really inefficient
to catch these people some times.
These people are random vandals...they dun like do it every other
day, so you cant really expect policemen to stake out your block
like they would stake out a big time criminal rite hehehe...
Like my block, my carpark is behind my block and we get these
random vandals (i suspect kids or really bored adults) who throws
things like eggs, tomatoes, left over rice onto the cars at the car
parks and when the birds come and peck on the food, inevitably they
peck on the carpaint and leave small dents and scratches on the
cars....How do you catch these people then? Cannot one lah...unless
u take CCTV and take ur own initiative and catch them.....
