BaKa NeK0 SG Hi guys, recently i saw on the new paper on a suit which uses nano computer chips to allow the suit to blend with the surrounding thus producing the effect that the wearer that cannot be seen . Also the computers will detect incoming bullets and condense the area of impact to minimise the damage and each soldiers will be equiped with mini missiles to destroy tanks hehe . and many many more other accessories like helmet with computers etc etc. Is this true? so US will become invincible when the suit is developed?????
wuming78 SG u can bet the japanese can copy their technology and come out wif better ones faster than u can say "invincible"
Hocklez SG U.S so much money to be put into their own millitary? Haiyoo wonder wat the world will be like next time... a country like iraq will be destory or invaded in day... Horrible weapeons and soldiers... BUT it is somehow the only way to maintain the peace we have now...
wuming78 SG the US defense budget is the largest in the world, and is equals to the budget of the 2nd to the dunno how many largest all put together!
Fairyland SG Even without the suit and all this crapo nano technology....... From the mannequin in the last AA show.....do you know how much all that equipment cost?! Easily USD500,000! Do you even bother to draw out the stuff from quartermaster if you have a choice? What happens when you lost or spoil it? I think best thing SAF can do is to supply you guys high grade temperature resistant grease and give you free transport to Changi Pt! Ya maybe pose for that picture on the news grabbing each other chests in steel rooms..........
sgFish SG wad happens if the chips get a virus or something? maybe the "cloak" would make the guy look like half a tree and half a rock or something..perhaps a naked woman?
valentinoo SG US is da biggest terrorist….they have all sort of shits…and they r da one who has been attackin other nations…
RussianPower SG Changi Point - a place where homosexual males go to have fun. Not accessible by vehicle, you have to either walk in, or maybe heli-insert? High temperature grease - grease is used to lubricate moving parts. Have to be used when part is not self lubricating. High temperature tolerance is required when the action is hot. Otherwise the grease would break down and cause excessive wear and tear on parts.
Groovee SG the US def budget is more than the def budgets of the top nex twenty countries of the world...[/b]
s|nNeD SG its the largest in the world and equals to the next 2 great powers of the world combined together.
Laplace SG Even the biggest military spending country has its limitations. If such a fantastic suit does exist in the future, I reckon only special ops forces will have an opportunity to use it.
gary1910 SG Based on Sipri's report , US has abt 43% of the total world defence expenditure. http://projects.sipri.org/milex/mex_major_spenders.pdf CHARGE!!!
Moonstriker SG computer chip embeded in the “cloaked suits”? detonate a large emp in the area and they’ll fry
Fairyland SG Actually OSAMA's friends ARE ALREADY INVISIBLE! They can be anyone on the streets like you and me OR some frustrated guy in Changi Pt!!!
Fairyland SG Sorry, my fault totally but I cannot help but contribute a rejoinder on the above most Stephen Hawking like paragraphs I have come to know. Actually, I know little RussianPower, have you have the power......yes sir! Maybe start with a coffe table book? The fun part is all nice and well BUT they get paid in the process!!! "Squeezing water out of rock."
sillyme SG it's still a long way to go.. they've got to worry about heat dissipation.. they'll need huge processing power with will dehydrate the soldier.. it's most likely used for covert ops instead of large infantry soldiers..
