True enough... I dun understand why AMDEP keeps pampering 857
with more new DDs while 854 keeps getting dumped with more old
bendies instead. Seems like SMRT heck care 854 WAB quota which is a
very bad thing for the PIWs taking this route. Worse still all the
new SMRT DDs keeps going into other depots to improve other WAB
quota while 854 remains status quo. And what is most disappointing
is that 854 is not included in the Sungei Seletar package.
I will want to see AMDEP take in more DDs (be it WEG or A95 or
even E500s intake from KJ/WL side) by end of this year to improve
854 WAB quota. If not, AMDEP should take out all the DDs from 857
in exchange with the old bendies from 854 though. Another way is
move 854 back to WLDEP (while 167 and 980 move more duties to AMDEP
in return).
As of this morning there were still 3 consecutive NWABs spotted.
Alongside with 3606T and the rest rigids.
Whereas for 960 case, it seems easier for improvements since 960
is under WLDEP.
Agree. 854 needs to get more DDs. So many rigids spammed.
Actually 854 rigids are managing load okay because now there is 854
every 04-06 mins. Way too many buses. Need some SD->DD and
reduce # buses.
