I know that every pub has different environment and conditions, but generally: - How's the hourly pay like? - Minimum age for them to hire is 18? - Tipping system (shared?) skeujin SG pay is anywhr from $6 - $9 depending on whr yr wrking n if its weekday or weekend. minimum age is 18 tipping is shared at the end of the month n given in shares eqivalent to the hours u wrk, bartenders get a share too...

The rest I no need to go into details....... really a shock from wat I saw that nite. No harm to go to a gay pub for a drink, so long as u keep a distance away from them
