Your 127 seems much slower than 27 from Compassvale to Tampines... So I guess it mainly benefits people living along the route (no need to transfer) and those who prefer DDs?

Well they serve different areas within Sengkang and Tampines.

In Sengkang, the only common point is Compassvale interchange.

In Tampines, they will meet at one stop on Ave 10 and then at Tampines interchange/MRT.

Hence, there will be a good catchment for my proposed 127. Moreover, it will serve future Tampines North estate, where the first housings will already start by Q4 2018 as per latest estimates. Show flats are set up and there are lot of buyers, workers going in this area currently.

46 can be diverted via New Upp Changi Rd, Bedok Rd and Upp East Coast Rd to replace 14. 14's affected section can be replaced by service 46 and 222. 46's affected section can be using service 25 and 506.

BP have DTL, a resident can just take a train down to TKK and make a bus transfer to AMK.

Clementi need the 165 more than BP.

Just because 165 has lost some DDs or no longer has the superb loading it once had, doesn't make it so useless that warrants such a major amendment...

I think it's more to provide a terminus for 62, since Lor 1 Geylang doesn't seem like a viable option...

Actually can if the bus park is reconstruction to a proper bus terminal with boarding/alighting facilities with no other private vehicles can enter.

** Alternative for Sengkang residents to Tampines town and vice versa (instead of svc 27)

** On return route, bus will turn from Tampines industrial ave 5 to industrial ave 4, and new bus stop will be installed for T5 industrial estate along ave 4.

** Expect very high loading and full fleet DD like 118.

My adaptation of this idea with additional pairs of stops along Buangkok Drive and Greenwich Drive within Tampines Logistics Park

Good route but I dont think you can get rid of 165 in Clementi - Lornie part. The route is quite unique and while loading may have dropped, there is still considerable number of people taking 165.

I have proposed 44 before but a bit different connecting CBP -> Bedok North 4 -> DTL 3 -> Bedok Reservoir -> DTL 3 -> Chai Chee estate (loop).
