Experience yes but BCM is about adhere to schedule and
regulations unlike last time company decide almost everything so
experience just play a bit part only..Even the experienced
SBST/SMRT joining GAS/TTS.
hmm true. Come to think of it, like they must run according to
schedule, i rmb vaguely frm some sources (i think newspaper) they
say this GCM would help in situations like if a bus breakdown or
smth then the company can repond quickly to help the stranded pax
and BC. I understand that carbikebus is under GAS, does this
happen, or could it be i misinterpreted? Cheers.
