新捷运总裁颜睿杰受访时透露，这个配套将分三个阶段进行，首阶段包括新捷运经营的14条路线，将在3月11日起正式按照合约开跑。第二和第三阶段则会分别在3月18日和25日展开，接管其余由SMRT经营的12条路线。
Translation:
SBS Transit CEO revealed that the package will commence in 3
phases. Phase One comprises of 14 routes already operated by SBS
Transit, and will officially run according to the BCM contract on
11 March. Phase Two and Three, comprising of 12 routes currently
operated by SMRT, will commence on 18 March and 25 March
respectively.
