how to track down a particular taxi driver ?

my mum's car got into an accident just now and i had some pain at the base of my head and also some nausea

what happened was that we were travelling on this 2 lane road near hilview and our car was at this bus stop and this taxi driver who wanted to pick up a passenger a short dist in front of the bus stop came from the right lane and overtook us and sharply cut into our lane. my mum, fearing for our safety, applied brakes to avoid crashing into the taxi but the corolla behind us smacked into our rear end.

the corolla and our car drove further down to a safe spot while the stupid taxi driver bade a hasty retreat. we only noticed the taxi was a yellow top taxi.
the corolla driver was very polite and immediately offered to exchange contact details and didnt do mud slinging.

prob is, the taxi is those toyota crown, big body, yellow tops 1..how to trace ?

You got to at least have some detail in order for them to track down the car.
The best way I could think of will be a formal write in complain about the discipline of that particular taxi company stating what your mum has encountered and demand an explaination to be undertaken
