my dad have just kenna a summon on 17 of may 2005.which happen
to fall on sunday. he kenna it on the morning of 17th at 2.30am
right under my house.
My dad did not buy season parking coupon as he do not live with
us,he just come and visit us and than decide to stay over for the
nitze.
i'm kind of puzzled now...i thought sunday there are places that u
do not need to put parking coupon?
i'm thinking of appeal this to the goverment sector involved but do
not know who should i wrote to? is it "HDB" or "traffic police".
lastly i am sure that in sunday afternoon ...there no need for a
coupon but how about in the morning?like from 12am to 7am.? could
some forumite advice on it? thk.
