I used to be in cbt engr so I know a bit about EOD lah.
Education level I don't think need very high, just diploma should
be enough because serveral of my engr instructors go became EOD.
But I do believe they have a selection that you have to pass before
you are accepted. If i'm not wrong, you need to complete the combat
engineer field engineer course first. It is like a
prerequisite.
The hearsay about pay is that it is calculated by per blind you
cleared. And the vocation pay also quite a lot, comparable to
commandos if i'm not wrong. sometimes they also tag along with VIPs
to help check if the room or whatever got bomb or not.
