Once 171 is shortened to BPJ, there could be possibility that
972 might terminate at Marina Center. This will also help them to
control 972 better with every second bus going off service back to
BPJ as you do not need 32 buses to do the opposite during AM or PM
in the off-peak direction. AM I think already controlled a bit, but
PM most buses do full route.
Once BPJ Interchange is up, the loading of 972 will increase in
off peak direction as well as it will provide direct MRT access to
Segar/Senja as alternative to 920/922.
