So Nyo hia zhang inside is those minced meat into very small pieces then got sweet taste wan rite? This kind i like best!!! Pui ba zhang is those with pui ba which I hate but I like the smell and the gao lak or egg inside hehehe... how can ppl like pui ba with that layer of oil in it? Eeee......
