What type of 'magic' are you speaking of?
If what you mean is "illusionist" magic or "street magic", there's
a shop at Kovan Mall (Kovan MRT); there are at least a dozen
"street magic" shops in Sg.
If you mean occultic magick including witchcraft, then there are
several shops around Sg, but you might want to ask around for their
locations in another more suitable forum.
If you're referring to scientific Atlantean technology, Google
search "Atlantean inert pendants".
