guaranteed that the Bendies is included under transition

you are the one who say that bendies is not part of BCM. right
now, every single package (tendered/negotiated) are under BCM which
bendies are still operating under those SMRT negotiated
packages.
whether the seletar package winner get A24 or DD, does not alter
the fact that bendies are still part of BCM right now..
even if the seletar winner does not get bendies, there are still
bendies doing other services under BCM.
so SMRT did not leased all its buses to LTA? so they are keeping
the bendies under SMRT balance sheet? so SMRT is so good to provide
buses FOC to LTA ?
