my close friend has a husky, its been living in his porch wif no
aircon, so far its coping well, jus like a normal dog
regarding escaping, yes, the dog likes to escape, bit thru his
fence many times n ran off, however when u go look for him n he
sees u it will run back to u
this is my friend's dog, dosent mean it will apply to ur dog or any
other husky
regarding legality, if u r adopting from SPCA or trying to get a
lic for yr dog, its not legal
but then i m not sure whether keepin a unlicensed dog is illegal or
not, as in u die die have to registered, to date i think its quite
normal for pple to have a unlicensed dog
