Need help on suspension matters

roadrunner SG

My Civic ES1 make a klung klung sound from the front area, went to agent and they tell me it’s becoz of the suspension. This thing happen when u replace the original rims size that is 195/60R15 . Now i’m using rim size 16. Need help on whether 2 go back 2 original or 2 upgrade suspension

The klung klung sound could be your suspension bushing...not the whole suspension, I believe you just need to change the bushings, which cost below $100 la...cheap...

Or, you could have a much more serious problem of drive shaft broken...or damage....due to excessive driving behavior.....I kena before...

So, go to another workshop, and let them have a check, see what they say la...

wah, vwk, thats the best and most helpful post u've made so far! Mr. Green

easiest way to find out whether its the new rims and tires knocking against something or suspension gone liao is juz put back ur original rims + tires and drive around lor. juz need a jack, a cross bar and a little muscle work that wun cost u a cent. Wink

One month old? under warrenty? faster make it spoil den get new stuffs lor...if its me...i sure change parts..

But vwk may b right, for bushing, u know the black piece of rubber tat at the susupension top where they lock it wid a nut..or mayb another things is the drive shalfe knock against the chassi..if tat hapen, ur suspension is in seriouse problem..

Since ur agent say is suspension , they never do anything bout it??Under warrenty is "wat had spoil-change wat","wat gives problem but haven spoil-make spoil & change new".

One month old vehicle easy to get parts replace. Wink
