The slim truth
EXPATRIATE pleasantlyplump cannot get over how Asians stay so
slim.
She says: 'I have to say I'm a little jealous, but considering the
food-obsessiveness of Singapore in particular where I see people
eating at all times of the day, why aren't there more fat

pillpopper quips: 'Diet pills lah!'
food addict puts it down to portions. 'Look around when you go to a
restaurant. Local people don't eat too much. It's all in the
portions and in the balance - yes, they eat greasy food but the
quantity is low.'
