Which car I should get? Advise needed.

I travel to campus daily...around 50km going back and forth...about 25km each way. Which car should I get? Honda Integra or Subaru Impreza (normal version,not wrx) .I prefer to have an economical and lasting car. Or are there any alternative cars?

I also have a perception that its better to get a car with sports engine than normal engine, cos it last longer for long distance driving while normal engine is only used for city driving....is there any truth is this statement?

if your focus is on economical, my pick is the toyota corolla Altis. Very refined and comfortable for it's price tag of 60k++.

Korean cars may be cheaper but the FC expenses in the long run may be more expensive than jap cars.

Out of the two.... i will go for Integra...

However, if you are looking for economical cars, try Korean cars. Alternatively, you may want to consider Vios or City.

Economical in terms of lower cost of purchase for the car.....on the other hand, most Korean cars are drinkers. Another point for your consideration. With the growing popularity of Korean cars also make the parts and accessories more easily available.

Picanto is one of the most affordable cars around. Heard that Picanto has good FC. Any Picanto drivers to verify the information?

since u r oversea. i tink the impreza is ej25? or ej20? so speed wise sld be aroundthe same for both.
chose impreza for it awd
chose integra for its vtec.

sports engine? hmmm actually i tink sports engine usually more problem. kah motor used to bring in a batch of type R. but too much problem then they stopped. and warranty for performance car usually shorter.
