Ponders SG Actually i am more interested in what freezer you use, how come 1 hour can make 1 block of ice liao?
JennTS SG nope..im pretty sure they never showed jack frozen in a cube of ice. i hate that movie btw.
CryoLind SG cryogenic is to store cells, tissue, eggs, sperm.. in low temperature, as low as -190deg c, in liquid nitrogen.. normal 0 deg c can't preserve the integrity of the cells, etc..
newmanmback SG okay to cut things short and not hoggin pages here for those who may be interested for a read on cryogenics and cryonics...here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryogenics more on cryonics here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryonics also insects have higher adaptability to changes in the environment perhaps u can run the test for months prior to defreezing the frozen insects and see what happens...expperiments takes years and months for results...a few hours may only just be too long for ejeculation or PCC only
DeepSpace SG No, technically before a person is frozen, a liquid is injected into the bloodstream enabling the cells to freeze without any harm done.
SixSentinels SG the next batch of insects i catch will be the 2nd group of specimen for my ongoing experiment in freezing insects…
SingaporeTyrannosaur SG The real world science is called cryonics... the si-fi term for it is cryogenics. Anyway the real issues are a lot more complex then what we mentioned here, and a good drop by Wikipedia on the topic (as much of a pinch of salt you should take it with), should provide for an interesting read.
