Not so easy.. i think. DPRK is a past master at extortion and
blackmail. Policy makers in neighbouring countries are loathe to
push the fat bastard into the corner and trigger a doomsday
scenario. Who knows what he'll do in order to bring everyone down
with him?
The only way is for a coup detat or internal revolt to happen. And
when the timing is right, the Chinese can offer him and his family
a choice to go into exile in inner mongolia, where the horsemen
will lop off his head and play polo with it
