O f course there are some planes,ships,copter whatever
designated as Preseidential Vehicles. It's not easy to paint a 747
in presidential colours and equip it with all the stuff that makes
it a flying white house and battle control overnight.
Even for the copter, it has the presidential seal and a distintive
coat of paint.
