There are nice PRCs, and not-so-nice PRCs. Same goes to many
things in life.
I've had a few nice PRC friends, not close, but they were nice and
easy-going. And not in the least arrogant over their academic
excellence.
PS: Not saying that PRCs are smarter than us locals, just that (for
most part), the smarter ones come over to Singapore.
