It's a standard, though everybody is different. I've seen people
typing with 2 fingers with speed and accurancy as good as those who
learn touch typing.
8 fingers on the keyboard, 2 thumbs on the spacebar.
If you want capital letters for a, s, d, f, g, q, w, e, r, t, z, x,
c and v, you press Shift with the right little finger. Vice versa
for the rest of the letters.
For numbers, it's also the same. For symbols, you use your little
finger.
