Wanda SG Eh..the shop name may be a bit misleading. Tiong Hin as mentioned by someone is not bad...can bargain for the older models. Actually, what do you mean by cheap? I mean, in terms of prices, cheap can mean the China-made bikes.

BillyBong SG Cycle Corner along upper thomson road near the junction into springleaf gardens. It's near the Hans Bakery and Leeson convenient store. There are no labels on the shop, just a bare bicycle store run by a guy called Peter Chew. He keeps 2 stray dogs and you can usually catch him playing playstation inside. Keeps his shop open right up to 11pm ++. Nice guy.
