- Begins in the December issue of Hobby Japan
- Mecha commentary + short stories + scratch built models
- The main character opposes Celestial Being
- Relative to 00, the story is set in the future, with the
protagonist looking back to before and after 00's story
- Depicts mecha seen by the protagonist as well as ones he created
himself
