TehJarVu SG i dun like all types of egg yolks, but i don't mind the powdery yolk of hard boiled eggs when eaten with laksa or mee siam gravy
saline SG i don't really like it, too dry. need to wash it down with lots of water. that is y for me, when i eat mee rubus, i would break up the yolk and mix it into the gravy. i prefer poached eggs. heehee...
