yes, that means the god has heard ur cry. but i can't say
there's only one god in the world, since every religion has their
own god. as example, buddhists believe in multiple-gods (if i'm not
wrong), red indians believe that everything in this world has
spirit in it.
if u're asking for a muslim's point of view. in Islam, we believe
that Allah sees and hears every single thing that we do and say.
Allah knows everything, what we want to do, what we intend to do,
what we're thinking right now, the history, the future, etc
etc.
