IMHO,
the left side is a gearwheel (or something like tat), representing
technological advances
left is a wheat/rice/barley or whatever harvest, meaning
agricultural.
bottom is a book, meaning education
for the centre, its probably a sunrise over a hill ,meaning a new
dawn?
