Not impossible. But, 7-9km/l is really very bad for vvt-i engines. My ride could reach 16-18 km/l, manual.

How long did ur colleagues got his/her car? I got my new Altis last Tues…after the second pump…I calculated I m getting 12km/l.

how come ur FC so gd? i got my altis for abt 7mths already.....

before the 5k servicing, was abt 9km/l

before the 10k servicing, was abt 10km/l

after the 10k servicing, now abt 10.5-11km/l

could be the traffic condition we r all driving in.... i every morning sure kena jam wan.... for abt 20 mins..... so could dat be the reason?

I m driving before the 1k sevicing....as a result, I try not to accelerate my car beyond 3K rpm for the first 10,000 KM cos Corolla do not do factory run-in. Maybe this may help to save the fuel consumption.

My colleague have been driving her Altis for like 8 mths or so... but she stay in bukit timah and always jam in morning etc...

Anybody hv good opinion which brand is worth to hv for the car protection: VKool, Huper Optik, Nanolux, RikeCool or….... I will appreciate if u hv any good recommendation in this area.

I reckon is the wrong driving habit especially for auto tranny.

Altis 1.6 should get 12 - 14km per litre easily
Altis 1.8 should get at least 10km per litre for heavy footers. Best at 15 - 16 km per litre.

My average is 13 - 14km per litre (1. Cool
