Rate at Changi is very bad. If you do not have time to do it at
Beach Road, do it at Shenton Way or Parkway Parade.
At Parkway, be careful of the Chinese run one, they might cheat
you; give you less than what you should get... because it is in
foreign currency you get easily confused. Make sure you write the
correct amount of the foreign currency on a piece of paper and you
get the amount as stated on your piece of paper.
Don't rely on their receipt.
If you can only change at Changi, better you do at Bangkok airport;
there are amny banks at Thailand airport.
Only banks are allowed to change money and so they set up small
kiosks everywhere. They are banks so you do not get cheated. They
give you proper receipt as well.
