Allowance
Work Days : 5 days week only (Mon-Sat/PH)
Work Hours : 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level (credit in English & Maths) and
above
Proficient in MS Office/Outlook
All of them must be able to speak English Fluently and either one
of the following language; Mandarin, Cantonese
Available for interview on 11 May (Thur) in the afternoon from
2.30-4.30pm
Able to commence work on 15 May 06 (Mon)
Friendly & pleasant personality with great interpersonal and
communication skills
Team players who are customer service oriented with a positive
service mindset
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced
environment
Positive attitude and able to handle difficult customers
Job Responsibilities:
Milage redemption and bookings of air tickets for customers
world-wide
Handling customer inquiries through telephone, fax, e-mail
correspondences in a timely, efficient, and professional
manner
Replying of emails, correspondences and phone enquiries
