seancannot SG I have been working so hard for my company I worked close to 12 hours everyday mon to sat sometime even sunday All I get is a meagre 2K ++ salary … the other day I almost lost for my life while doing… this morning kena I big big F from my boss… say I never handle a job and communicate properly .. F .. F .. I been working so hard .. mult tasking taking on additional responsibilty …all I get in the end its F F from my boss… a colleague of mine always keng MC … and I have been covering his duties . I cant even breathe liao .. already overloaded .. yet in the end after all what I have done my appraisal is same as him. and only a C grade.. I question my boss y is it so .. and he said ’ I dun care whether you take on additional role or cover other colleague duties… so long the company ask you to do something you have to do it no matter what’ what the F .. I might as well be like my colleague everyday keng MC and shirk responsibilty … this is what I got after all my hard work imagine how demoralised I am !!! F F

digicharat SG no use doing work when others dont see you doing it. choosing the correct timing to do the work. let yourself be seen doing the work. even if you had done alot of work and went to just take a breather, but your boss saw you at that moment, he will most probably label you as a slacker. thats probably why you only got a C grading... no one looking. jiak zua la.

Just quit lor. How you feel about your boss can also affect your physical health. Hatred for you boss makes the blood boil and gives you higher blood pressure. Why torture yourself?
king108 SG Must carry work and no hard work. Multi-task is only telling you that you are a slave that all. ( I been multi-task for my last 10 years in my previous company). Don't think multi-task is great, go for those special post where boss required you more (rice bowl bright bright). Else go total make over and learnt to carry will do.
Gordonator SG $2K+ salary might be a lot of money but u are working 12hrs a day 6 days every week as compared to others who works 9hrs a day 5 days a week. might i know what is your position and how long have u been in the company?
newmanmback SG what job u doing so dangerous and 12 hrs non-stop for 6 days? even production line 3-4 days straight 12 hrs (den rest another2-3 days) shift 1 month plus aloowances 2k or almost that amount liao....

ozon SG your boss dont like you. no matter how much effort u put in,i think its useless lah... lim peh worse than u ah.work more yet earn lesser than my colleague. same appraisal also = lower bonus for me (cos my basic salary is lower) now l learn how to taiji my work and keng mc at the right time liao.this is call work SMART lah.

Edgar_Davids SG very subjective, u have to know your boss well, some bosses actually prefer hardworking employees rather than bootlickers, they are not easily fooled by bootlicking strategy
